How do I replace a part that has failed?

Our products come with a 24-month warranty from the date of purchase.

Before this period expires, you can exchange the part for a new one free of charge via one of our partners.

You can find out the addresses and contact information of our partner shops in the tab "Where to buy".

It is located in the footer of the website and in the Information tab of the top menu.

Returns procedure: If a warranty claim occurs, you will need to contact the place of purchase to request a replacement or return.


The seller of the auto part is obliged to notify the manufacturer in writing about the occurrence of the warranty case within 30 days from the moment of the buyer's request.


The deadline for the manufacturer to review this application and replace the part is governed by current legislation.

The warranty also applies in full to the parts and components that have been fitted to the vehicle during servicing.

Please note that the warranty does not cover failure of parts due to the following reasons:


  • Natural wear and tear of the part;
  • Failure to comply with the vehicle operating instructions;
  • Failure to comply with the instructions when installing the part.
