What documents do I need to apply for a refund and warranty?

In case of warranty case you can apply to the place of purchase of a spare part to replace the defective part.


Instructions:

For this you will need to document the date of purchase of the part and the date it was installed on the vehicle.


The documents in this case are the cashier's checks.

Please note that the warranty does not cover failure of parts due to the following reasons:


  • Natural wear and tear of the part;
  • Failure to comply with the vehicle operating instructions;
  • Failure to comply with the instructions when assembling the part.
