The part is broken, where can I get it replaced?

If a warranty claim, you can contact the place where you purchased the part. For details on how to do this, see the instructions below.

From the moment of your application, the company selling the auto part is obliged to notify TMI TATSUMI in writing about the occurrence of a warranty case within 30 days. The time limits for application and replacement of the part are regulated by the current legislation.

Please note that the warranty does not cover failure of parts due to the following reasons:

Natural wear and tear of the part;

● Failure to comply with the vehicle operating instructions;

● Failure to comply with the instructions when installing the part.
